Turnkey personal media server with guided disc archiving

PHYSICAL MEDIA OR BUST!!!!
I would pay good money for someone to have a plug-n-play server with a straightforward software/method for just putting in my disc's and ripping them- I'm not a tech guy or anything and I don't have time to be mucking about different transcoders and stuff.
I may, or may not, have burned some DVDs in my time and have basic tech skills, but Ai have a VAST media library that I would love to digitize (AND keep my physical (i don't trust the system) and be able to stream through my Roku box from multiple locations .
