Site audit report builder with controllable photo layout
I bought this version as the company I work for use it. I've always used a free version I found from a different developer. 2 things that are really terrible with this app is that you cannot move the photos on a different order, why? Please add this function as other free apps offer this. The secondly there is no options to pick how many photos you want on a page, why? Other free apps offer this too. Please add these to your app, they not major changes but help the flow.
Please include the feature to upload multiple photos for the same issue. Another suggestion is to add the ability to edit annotations and markups on existing issues.
I’m searching for something that may not even be a thing. I want a program I can make a template in (me being the sole owner of it) & be able to send it to about 5 sales people to fill out when doing roof inspections. Our inspection report will have photos so it needs to be able to do accommodate images. Along with a maintained package - now this is the section that gets tricky. I want it to be a page where the sales person has a recommended star or check mark or something indicating that’s what we thing but they still see all options to choose between. The customer would then get a copy of the inspection report with the recommended maintained package, but would ideally be able to choose which one they wanted. Customer would then pick the maintenance package they want & sign & it would be sent back to us or alert us the customer completed their portion. Read more
This is an incredible breakdown, managing 47 units solo is no joke and having systems that actually work is the only way to stay sane. Your voice to inspection report workflow especially caught my eye. I manage a smaller portfolio but inspection documentation was my biggest bottleneck. I used to spend 2-3 hours after each unit visit typing up notes, organizing photos, and formatting reports. Multiply that by even 10 inspections a month and you're losing entire work days to admin. The voice approach changed everything for me. I walk through the unit, speak my observations naturally, "kitchen: countertop has a 6 inch crack near the sink, cabinet hinges on upper right need replacing, appliances in good condition" and let the tool structure it. Photos get tagged to the right section automatically. I went from 2+ hours of report writing to maybe 20 minutes of review and cleanup. I've been using ReportWalk for this, it was originally built for home inspectors but the voice first workflow translates perfectly to property management inspections. The output is a structured report you can share with tenants, owners, or keep for your records. Not perfect yet (I wish it had better integration with PM software) but the time savings alone justified it. For anyone doing regular unit inspections: invest the time to build your voice workflow now. Whether you use a dedicated tool or just start with voice memos + a template, it's the single biggest time saver I've found for field documentation.

When doing inspections, it can be hard to keep everything organized, photos, notes, maintenance issues, and follow ups. Right now I see a mix of people using spreadsheets, shared folders, or just saving everything on their phone, which can get messy over time.Curious to know, how are other property managers documenting inspections and reporting maintenance problems? Are you using dedicated inspection software or just sticking with manual processes? Read more
