A shopping app that is fast, stable and remembers the cart
I'll start with the positives: the app is well-organized and has a clear interface. However, I am surprised that no one seems to be addressing the app's significant performance issues. It’s incredibly slow, and this extends to the website as well. As an iOS user, my experience with both has been frustrating. Items added to the cart disappear if you log out or uninstall and reinstall the app, even when logging back in with the same credentials. When you open a product and return to the previous page, you have to scroll back from the top again. Additionally, the app crashes frequently and sometimes won't open at all. The website also gets stuck randomly, requiring constant reloading. These issues are likely to leave customers dissatisfied. Please address these problems.
I love Westside and their products, but the app is a huge letdown. It constantly freezes, has poor loading times, and the UI is a mess. I can’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed. I’ve rarely written reviews, but this frustration pushed me to do so. Westside, please update your app ASAP.Additionally, I’ve received items with security tags still attached, forcing me to visit the store to have them removed. I shouldn’t have to do this for an online order. Especially when all I wanted was a smooth online contactless process. Overall, the app experience makes me prefer shopping in-store instead. I’ve never had any issues shopping in-store, but the app needs significant improvement. The UI needs a complete redesign, and the overall performance is lacking. Additionally, product packaging must be more carefully monitored to prevent security tags from being left on items. Very disappointed with this experience.
I've never seen an app for a well known store with so many bugs... The app becomes laggy when browsing for products. Sharing doesn't work, it just shares a text, not a link to the product. The favorites list is limited to 22 products, no warning that adding something to the list will delete older saved items. Worst of all, I deleted lots of items from the shopping cart only to find them there again when trying to order. Sorting does nothing and filtering sometimes doesn't work too.
