SEO partnership mailbox agent with policy-based approvals

I have too many good inbound SEO backlink partnership requests.

I'd pay easily $200 to $400/mo for a software that manages our SEO partnership mailbox (1)

and

Make the right SEO requests for the articles we want to rank (2)

and

Accepts/rejects the SEO backlink requests according to our guidelines (3).

Did someone built this???

I don't need a network, I don't need to spend credits to get backlinks, I just need an AI SEO Assistant that could replace a full-time backlink manager.

Why is no one focusing on companies with $$$ or $$$$$ that already have tons of partners/inbound because they're established sites.
