Poor DigiLocker Login Experience I am unable to log in to DigiLocker through the UMANG app. Every time I try to access DigiLocker, it shows a message saying, “There’s a technical issue, and our team is actively resolving it.” Please fix this issue as soon as possible. DigiLocker login is an important service, and users should be able to access their documents without such problems.
Absolutely Useless App This app is extremely frustrating and unreliable. Yesterday, the GSEB option was available, but today it has completely disappeared. How are users supposed to access their important documents when the available issuers randomly disappear? The app is slow, confusing, and clearly not reliable enough for something as important as educational documents. An app like DigiLocker should make document access easier, not create more problems. I have tried multiple times, used the correct details, reinstalled the app, and even contacted support, but nothing has been resolved. The customer support is unresponsive and provides no effective solution.
