Real-estate transaction workspace with shared closing checklists

Right now I have OmniFocus that I use to create these extremely detailed to-do lists that start at when I first speak to someone and end post-closing. Now I have an assistant and I want her to take over a bunch of tasks for me and would need access to my lists but OmniFocus doesn't make that a possibility. So, what do you use to manage your checklists from start to finish? I'm talking about things like, "Send the contract to the attorney" or "Obtain docs (title policy, survey, ___) from sellers." Honestly, I'm not even sure that sort of thing exists online other than monday.com or asana. I've tried both of those and wasn't impressed. How do you agents with assistants do it? Read more
my experience is: it's incompatible with other signing methods and sucks to have to take its docs and put into Docusign. No, my customers and I are NOT signing within your signing platform. Zillow owns it, and no way in hell am I giving them anymore info than is necessary
I changed brokers last summer and my one complaint about the new place is dotloop. I hate it so much. It’s actual garbage software. My mls offers authentisign included in our dues, so I use that for all our e-signings. I only use dotloop for required archiving of deal documents. Even with that, I hate hate hate it. Awful software.
I just can't complain enough about how bad of a software product this is. I want to scream at it nearly every time. That is all. What's been your experience?
