Pay-period budget planner for paycheck-to-paycheck cash flow

There are surprisingly few budget apps that are set up for paycheck-to-paycheck budgeting. Almost all the budget apps work monthly or, at best, biweekly (which is an entirely different thing). This is strange to me because I think there are an awful lot of people who budget by payperiod, like I do - also it'd be easy to adapt a paycheck based app to bimonthly, whereas you can't do the reverse. I've tried a TON of apps and only found ONE that I can adapt to my needs. I like the app I'm using, and I subscribe to it (the dev is really nice and responsive), but it would be nice to have options, y'know? And I think there's a whole untouched market out there of people who tried biweekly apps and those didn't work so they think that budget apps aren't for them, when it's really the app's fault.
