Multi-channel ecommerce inventory and payout manager

I'm not sure about you guys, but I'm desperately looking for a software that can both bring in orders AND sync inventory across sales channels using quickbooks as the source of truth. I'm also looking for something that can handle payouts/order comissions fees. For context, I've been using webgility. It's fine for amazon, but for Walmart & ebay, I've had an awful experience. It doesn't handle walmart payouts/fees whatsoever, and is very buggy w/ respect to handling sales tax correctly. With eBay, it seems the software can't handle ebay payouts whatsoever; I feel like I've been paying for a headache thus far. Any recommendations for software that can do what I'm looking for? I'd like it for a reasonable price, but at the end of the day, my biggest "want" is making sure I can trust the software that I'm paying for, which I haven't been able to thus far.
Any point in the right direction would be great. I have grown a lot and ship roughly 1000 packages a month. Just tried ship station but I need to ship through ship station in order for my quantities to sync.
Hi everyone, I’m running a Shopify store integrated with Yampi (checkout) and ERP. I want to run a "Buy 1, Get 3" evergreen promotion. The Challenge: I have 8 product variations. If I were to create every possible combination as a unique "Kit SKU" in my ERP, I’d end up with 512 combinations, which is a nightmare for inventory management and cataloging. The Goal: I need a setup where the customer selects any 3 variations on the front-end (Shopify or Checkout), but when the order flows to the ERP, it shows up as 3 individual SKUs instead of one single "Kit SKU". This is crucial for: Accurate stock depletion of individual variants. Avoiding the creation of 500+ dummy SKUs in the ERP. Clean picking/packing lists for the warehouse team. My Stack: Front-end: Shopify Checkout: Yampi Does anyone have experience with a specific App or a Yampi configuration that handles this "Virtual Bundle" logic where it breaks down the kit into its component SKUs before hitting the API/ERP? Thanks in advance! Read more
I'm currently using inFlow Inventory to manage 1500 SKUs being sold over Shopify, Etsy and eBay. (I use Extensiv Integration Manager to link inFlow and Etsy/eBay - formerly CartRover.) inFlow renews on a non-cancellable annual basis in March and I'd really like to find another solution that understands what I'm trying to accomplish. I feel like my entire inventory system is being held together by chewing gum and string. I also find that inFlow has the most frustrating reporting system ever. I have spent two hours today trying to find a report that will tell me what SKUs haven't sold in the last 90 says. One would think that would be pretty basic information. Instead I'm trying to cobble together the information with reports that aren't built for it. (I have tried using their "report helper" but it's not intuitive - nothing about inFlow is intuitive.) Honestly I don't know what industry inFlow is built for, but ecommerce isn't it.
I'm the operations director for an ecommerce company doing about 35M annually and we're at this frustrating point where our current warehouse system is clearly inadequate but every upgrade path I look at seems prohibitively expensive or requires sacrificing features we actually need. We've got two warehouses, we're selling across six different channels including our own site, Amazon, Walmart, Target.com, and doing wholesale, and our current setup is a patchwork of systems that kind of work together but require constant manual intervention. The problem is when I look at enterprise WMS options the pricing is insane, like we're talking hundreds of thousands for implementation plus massive monthly fees, and these systems are clearly built for companies way bigger than us with feature sets we'll never use. On the other hand the cheaper options I've evaluated feel like they're just slightly better versions of what we already have, they handle basic inventory but fall apart when you need real multi location orchestration or complex channel management. I'm trying to figure out if there's actually a middle ground that exists or if companies at our scale are just stuck either overpaying for enterprise software or making do with inadequate tools until we're big enough to justify the big systems. The features we absolutely need are solid multi warehouse inventory management, intelligent order routing, good marketplace integrations, and reporting that doesn't require a data analyst to interpret, but I don't need like AI powered demand forecasting or advanced labor management that costs extra. Has anyone found something in that middle tier that actually works well without breaking the budget?
