What you really need to improve is implementing a better and more transparent credibility score for sellers. How can it be that people who are unfriendly, dishonest about the condition of the item they want to sell, and leaving you on the line for days and sometimes weeks, still have tags like "friendly", "reliable" and "TOP Satisfaction" appearing on their profile? If these things don't mean anything, they shouldn't be there in the first place, for all they do is deceive the buyer.
