International delivery assurance with customs milestones

I'd pay a fucking premium to ensure all international orders delivered. An app that helped at every touch point. From the order being placed to where they were putting in the absolute correct address, any/all relevant info, all the way to pertinent info while package was en route. The amount of international orders that ship and don't deliver/come back because of everything under the sun is depressing.
