Food delivery app with working order tracking and support

Please do not install this app, I had ordered from it, waited about an hour and delivery time throughout it was changing and was not believable, status of the order was not changing, customer service cannot be reached as they made it really difficult to find the contact support link as I got to know all queries are answered with automatic bot answer and humans are not working there so beware when something will be wrong with your order you can just look at a website that took your money but will not guarantee the service as I was told fast food restuarants can accept the order when they want and it is not immediately processed. So if you want to wait 2 hours for cold food and pay for it this is app for you :)

I made an order yesterday at 01:06. And no delivery was received by already 02:15. I wrote 2 reviews to support and no one reached out to me. I tried to contact restaurant through the app, it didn’t work. I lost hope cooked some noodle because I was just so hungry, I had it and went to sleep. Then someone called me at 03:10 and I had to wake up, and take the order. Order was delivered after more than 2h. Moreover it was cold, and already felt like it was very oldu. I through it to the been because it was already not eatable. Just a shame. Support doesn’t work at all. I even don’t have a chat to track if someone is looking to my complaints. By time of this rating I already sent 4 complaints through the app and no one reaching out. I had an option to call restaurant but it wasn’t working. Just really worst delivery app I have ever used. Unfortunately 1 star is minimum, because I would rate it as 0.

worst app ever. ordered food and waited for almost one hour they couldn't even find a driver with that time. not one order but two separate orders. after that I tried to get help from their assistance service which is much worse. then I ordered using grab. Transportation charges are a bit lower comparing to the grab for gojek but what's the point if an online food delivery app can't deliver the same on time.

Worst experience for my food delivery today. I waited for 2 hours for the food to reach my home. Additionally, the food was freezing cooled when reached while the ice from the drink was completely melted. Really disappointed to use this application for food delivery. The issue with Grab is that there was no driver to pick up the food tho. Use it wisely and think twice before you use it. I encounter quite a few times that the food deliver was missing and something the package deal was opened.
