Cross-platform clipping library with full-text retrieval

How do you keep all your AI context in one place?

Articles, YouTube videos, tweets, memes, Spotify tracks, notes, random ideas—everything is scattered across different apps. I wish there was one searchable, AI-friendly hub that ChatGPT or Claude could use as context.

What are you using?
Looking for recommendations for an app or knowledge management system.

I save a lot of content from LinkedIn, Facebook, Google searches, websites, PDFs, images, screenshots, articles, and posts. The problem is everything ends up scattered across different platforms and folders.

I'd like a single place where I can save and organize everything, with tags and/or folders. For example:

* Market Access
* Pricing & Reimbursement
* Biosimilars
* Vietnam Pharma Market
* Competitive Intelligence

Ideally I could save:

* Articles and web pages
* LinkedIn posts
* Images and screenshots
* PDFs and documents
* Notes and comments

Then be able to search across everything later.

What apps are people using for this? Notion, Obsidian, Evernote, OneNote, Raindrop.io, Readwise, or something else?

Would appreciate recommendations and why you prefer them.
