[Bug] `implement` and `code-review` disagree on reviewing uncommitted changes

## Problem `implement` says to run `/code-review` once the work is done, then commit it. However, `code-review` reviews `git diff ...HEAD`, which excludes staged and working-tree changes. If `implement` has not already created an interim commit, `/code-review` cannot review the work that is about to be committed. ## Solution Could you clarify the intended workflow, or update one of the skills so the review covers the final uncommitted diff?
