Remove the harness-specific Skill tool dependency from grill-me and grill-with-docs

`grill-me`: > Call the Skill tool with "grilling". `grill-with-docs`: > Call the Skill tool twice, for "grilling" and "domain-modeling". Some harnesses use a different activation mechanism or load skills by reading their files directly. In those environments, these instructions cannot be followed literally, even when the referenced skills are available. # Suggested Fix Replace the tool-specific instructions with explicit instructions to read and follow their dependencies. For `grill-me/SKILL.md`: ```md Read and follow `../grilling/SKILL.md` before starting the interview. Resolve this path relative to the directory containing this SKILL.md. ``` For `grill-with-docs/SKILL.md`: ```md Read and follow both skills before starting the interview: - `../grilling/SKILL.md` - `../domain-modeling/SKILL.md` Resolve these paths relative to the directory containing this SKILL.md. ``` This preserves the intended composition without requiring a particular tool or duplicating the underlying instructions. Specifying the path base also avoids resolving the references against the agent’s working directory.
