setup-matt-pocock-skills: GitLab template `glab mr list -O json` fails (`-O` on `mr list` is the deprecated `--opened`)

Found while reviewing the 1.3.2 diff before upgrading. The command was run directly with glab 1.74.0. ### Model and effort N/A. The command in the template fails regardless of model. ### What happened #1228 changed `issue-tracker-gitlab.md` line 24 from `glab mr list -F json` to `glab mr list -O json`, matching the `issue list` fix from #1143. `mr list` uses a different shorthand: `--output` is `-F`, and `-O` is the hidden, deprecated `--opened` flag (glab main, `internal/commands/mr/list/mr_list.go` L151-153). ``` $ glab mr list -O json Flag --opened has been deprecated, default value if neither --closed, --locked or --merged is used. ERROR Accepts 0 arg(s), received 1. $ glab mr list -F json [{"id":...,"iid":... ``` ### What you expected Line 24 should use `glab mr list --output json` (or `-F json`).
