Vercel Skills installs from main and does not respect release tags

With the current release workflow updates are committed to main before a version bump via a Changelog PR. Vercel Skills just installs whatever is on main, so currently users are getting changes that are in progress. The user only gets a named version if they explicitly request that via # . A workflow that stacks changes in a PR without a merge to main would avoid this.
