For over two months, my Claude account has been disabled, showing the message "This organization has been disabled" without any explanation. I contacted customer support multiple times but received no response or solution. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a leading AI company. I have decided to delete Claude permanently. In my experience, ChatGPT is far more professional, reliable, and user-friendly. Advanced AI means nothing without proper customer support. Very disappointing.
