Debug Console hangs when scroling far away from a text selection in large output
Type: Bug **Actual:** Without a selection, scrolling the same output is smooth. With a selection of at least the first line, scrolling with the mouse wheel away from the selection gets slower with every step and might even crash the whole VS Code. **Expected:** Scrolling is as fast as without a selection. **Steps to Reproduce:** 1. Create large output in the debug console. 1. Create a file `main.js` with the following content: ```js for (let i = 0; i Performance is as expected. 3.
