I pay for the Max plan $200 / month and I multiple times have submitted a very simple prompt asking Claude to read my emails and summarize - something it is literally built for and any other basic, cheaper AI can do. And its giving me a message "Safeguards flagged this message. Details: reasoning_extraction". If you can't provide the one thing I'm paying for then refund me or give usage credits. This is ridiculous and made me start using ChatGPT instead.
