grill-me skill fails to load when its the only skill installed

### Skill grill-me ### Harness and version Claude Code 2.1.308 ### Model and effort Opus Medium ### What happened I have an empty repo with no skills installed. After installing grill-me skill via: `npx skills@latest add mattpocock/skills` And run the following in CC `/grill-me my idea here` CC says the skill grilling does not exist and that it will default to CC running the grilling session. ### What you expected I would expect to update the `grill-me` skill to be updated with the grilling approach if you are going to depend on this second skill anyway or to block the installation of the grill-me skill if you dont install their dependencies too. (in case that is possible)
