the docs say you can run "claude plugins install mattpocock-skills" and that "It's in Claude Code's official marketplace, so there's nothing to add first, and updates arrive automatically." I've tried running the command out of the box and its resulted in "✘ Failed to install plugin "mattpocock-skills": Plugin "mattpocock-skills" not found in any configured marketplace"
