PR skill: before/after in a single line, hard to read on bitbucket

### Before filing - [x] I've read `SCOPE.md` and checked `.out-of-scope/`, and this isn't covered by either. - [x] This issue is about one problem. - [x] I searched open and closed issues for a duplicate. ### Skill PR ### What went wrong We use the PR skill on bitbucket, it works mostly well, but the before/after section is a bit hard to read. It writes the whole before/after into one continuous line and any code blocks are not very readable. On the last PR I asked the claude agent: > Is the before/after formatted as you expected? The response: > No, it wasn't. Bitbucket can't render a fenced code block inside a list item, so the before/after collapsed into one inline code span: a literal text, then both rows on a single line. The columns didn't say which value was expected and which was what main did, either. > > I've replaced the description on PR x. The Evidence section is now a table, and I checked Bitbucket's rendered output to confirm it displays properly: ### Proposed change Make the skill compare the result of what was written with what the skill expected to be seen. If there are certain things that may depend on the platform, consider specifying particular behavior.
