What Notion alternative did you actually stick with long term?

I've been looking through Notion alternatives and there are way more options than I expected. The problem is most of them seem great at one thing but weaker somewhere else. Some are better for notes, others for databases, offline use, or collaboration, but I haven't found one that feels like a complete replacement. For anyone who actually moved away from Notion, what did you end up sticking with? Did one app replace it completely, or are you using a few different tools now?
