Critical phone alarms that authorized agents can schedule

can someone make/point me to an ios app that allows an agent to set alarms on my phone?

reqs:
1. api/cli/mcp for agents to set alarms
2. alarms can have critical emergency bypass enabled such that they ring when my phone is on silent etc. like pager duty

I would pay ~$100/yr
